It comes with a flexible 6 foot hose, two 20” extension wands, 13 different attachments and functions as both a vacuum and blower, which makes it the perfect solution for a variety of needs, including cleaning furniture and upholstery, car detailing and even leaf blowing. It also comes with an environmentally friendly reusable filter bag and convenient shoulder strap to keep your hands free while in use.
My Experience with the Metropolitan Vac ‘N’ Blo Compact Vacuum
Alright now that the specs are out of the way, let’s get to the important question: does this vacuum perform well? Absolutely! I’ve been through countless compact and handheld vacs over the years and none of them have even come close to the level of performance I’ve experienced with this model. Between the powerful motor and all of the attachments, I haven’t run into a job yet that this thing couldn’t handle.
I use it almost daily to clean pet hair, dust, dirt and debris from sofas and other upholstery in the house. I also use it to suck out any food crumbs that have found their way into my computer keyboard. It even sucks all of the dust and lint out of the fan vents in my computer.
It also works very well in vehicles, and I use it to keep the interior of both of our cars spotless. It easily cleans the dashboard, consoles, air vents, seat upholstery, floor boards, door moldings and every little nook and cranny you can imagine. Forget about paying out the wazoo for car detailing service, you can do it right at home with this beauty.
Pros
- Price—considering how powerful and useful this compact vac is, it’s very affordably priced
- Performance – blows away the competition, literally
- Versatility – tons of different options thanks to the 13 included attachments and ability to function as both a vacuum and blower
- Portability – despite how powerful this vacuum is, it’s still very compact and portable
Cons
- Power cord – I wish the power cord had been a bit longer, but a cheap extension cord solves this problem so it’s not a deal breaker for me
The Bottom Line
I’ve used compact and handheld vacs from every major manufacturer and I can honestly say that this one beats them all. I would have no reservations whatsoever recommending this to anyone that needs a vacuum that is powerful, portable, compact and flexible.
